The JPM Business Consultancy team offers some 40 years of national corporate finance and commercial banking experience on a cross sector basis, having gained this with Midland Bank and HSBC Bank plc.
JPM’s Business Consultancy offering includes:
- Selecting finance providers for main stream banking and negotiation of charges
- Selecting finance providers for project work, fixed asset purchases and re-financing
- Preparing Business Plans and structuring finances to suit lender appetites
- Overseeing project work, allowing business owners to concentrate on mainstream activities
- Acquisition and sales of businesses or parts thereof
- Business Health Checks
Consultancy time is allocated on a pre agreed basis, but any initial consultation is offered on a complimentary basis, as part of JPM’s commitment to ongoing client care.
At JPM we believe it is important to add value to a client’s team by supplementing additional professional resource. We understand that not every business has the ability to call on its own Financial Director, Managing Director or Purchasing Manager. We feel in reality it is often that these positions are covered by one person.
